Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality, business-oriented legal advice, primarily for the global and rapidly expanding vegetable seed business. The successful candidate will act as a proactive and pragmatic sparring partner, supporting KWS's business with a deep understanding of the seed industry and its market dynamics. Day-to-day tasks include offering solution-oriented advice on commercial agreements (licensing, distribution, service, supply, rental, purchase, confidentiality, marketing), managing civil litigation and administrative proceedings, and supporting M&A transactions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute innovative ideas within an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies, flexible working hours, and hybrid work options.
