Job Summary
Join a dynamic team in a stimulating international environment, providing essential first and second-level IT support. Your daily tasks will involve responding to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing technical incidents related to workstations and software, and ensuring resolution. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, including PCs, printers, and phones, as well as managing user accounts within Active Directory and other systems. Collaboration with local and international technical teams is key, and you will participate in various IT projects such as deployments and migrations. The ideal candidate possesses IT training, mastery of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and excellent communication skills in both French and English.
