Job Summary

This senior role involves managing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNWI) private clients both domestically and internationally. You will provide holistic advice covering asset management, investment consulting, and succession planning. A key responsibility is the acquisition and long-term cultivation of client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and adherence to strict compliance standards (FINMA/FIDLEG). The position offers significant entrepreneurial freedom within an established, independent asset management firm, allowing you to actively shape the company's strategic development and product offerings. Success requires a proven network of wealthy private clients and deep expertise in financial markets and portfolio management, coupled with high integrity and discretion.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications (e.g., AZEK, CFA, CWMA) are advantageous.

Experience

  • Several years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Senior Private Banker, ideally with an external asset manager or private bank.
  • Proven network of wealthy private clients (HNWI/UHNWI).
  • Demonstrable self-acquired client book (portable assets).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio administration.
