Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the daily Supply Chain operations for international markets within a prestigious pharmaceutical company based in the Zug area. This critical role involves overseeing the movement of commercial products, managing finished goods shipments, and coordinating replenishments to local third-party logistics providers (3PLs). You will act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with internal teams (Planning, Quality, Commercial) and external vendors to ensure timely and complete supply. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities to identify and mitigate shipment risks, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve cross-functional logistics processes to maintain desired customer service levels and guarantee continuous product supply. This is an excellent 3-year temporary opportunity (starting with a 1-year contract) to join a globally operating organization, offering potential for extension or permanent take over based on performance.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years' working experience within supply chain / logistics
  • Professional experience within an internal and controlled environment
  • Experience within the Biotech, Pharma, Food, or Medical device environment (Beneficial)
