Job Summary

This interim role as an HR Manager/Business Partner offers a strategic opportunity within a large, established public sector organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to directors and managers, providing strategic counsel on organizational development, talent management, and employee career progression. Key responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle, from leading critical recruitment processes to coordinating the performance management cycle, including goal setting and evaluations. You will ensure strict compliance with Swiss legal and administrative HR frameworks and constructively resolve complex complaints and conflicts. The position requires 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally managing large employee populations, and mastery of both French and English. Required Skills

Education

University degree specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent training and experience

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar HR functions within a large organization or institution
  • Experience managing large employee populations
  • Experience leading teams, directly or indirectly
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss legal and administrative HR frameworks (Public Law familiarity is a plus)
  • Professional experience in a service-oriented environment
