Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and infrastructure management for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the setup, dismantling, and relocation of complete IT workstations, including PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers, and peripherals. Key duties include installing and integrating peripheral devices, providing initial user instruction on hardware and software systems, and meticulously documenting all installations using app-based text and image protocols. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, foundational knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments, and proven practical experience in workstation relocation. The position requires a high degree of service orientation, teamwork, and willingness to undertake occasional, Germany-wide travel with overnight stays, making a Class B driver's license and strong German language skills mandatory.
