This role involves providing direct on-site technical support for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. As a Field Service System Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, customization, and maintenance of IT systems, including printers, peripherals, and network components. You will independently identify and document technical issues within a ticketing system and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases. This position is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and mobile work.
