As an IT Technician, you will provide essential 1st and 2nd level support for a major European IT service provider, specifically supporting their end client, the ITZBund. Your daily responsibilities include managing support tickets, installing and configuring client hardware using SCCM, and handling user administration within Active Directory. You will also be responsible for the physical setup and cabling of workstation equipment and maintaining asset databases. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional with strong technical skills in Windows environments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in user and password administration within Active Directory
  • Experience in operating system installation and configuration
  • Practical experience in processing support tickets and providing technical customer service
  • Experience in hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking
