IT Rollout Technician | Rollout Techniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves supporting a leading German IT service provider by executing hardware rollouts and providing on-site support across the Baden-Württemberg region. The technician will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of various hardware components, performing initial fault analyses, and implementing first-line solutions. A critical part of the job is providing user instruction and support on new systems, as well as classifying and escalating complex disturbances. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possess solid experience with hardware rollouts, and demonstrate proficiency with Windows 7/10 and MS Office applications. This position requires strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and willingness to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.
