Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support services for a leading European IT service provider, working directly with their end customer, Infosys. The specialist will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participation in on-call duty. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting, configuring, and installing end-user devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers, as well as supporting users with mobile devices. The position also requires diagnosing and resolving network issues, providing support for network components, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within the client environment. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification, experience in troubleshooting and user support, and proficiency with standard hardware and MS Office applications, alongside strong German and good English language skills.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification
