This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support and Field Service within the Berlin-Brandenburg area for a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous IT operations, setting up and configuring workstations, and actively participating in hardware rollouts. Key day-to-day tasks include the installation, replacement, and support of standard and specialized hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. Furthermore, the role requires managing equipment inventory, asset management, and meticulous documentation and follow-up of support tickets.
