Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support for a leading German IT service provider, managing hardware and software issues both remotely and directly onsite. The core responsibilities include accepting, prioritizing, and documenting fault reports via a ticketing system and email, followed by analysis and resolution of technical disturbances. You will also be responsible for the setup and dismantling of hardware components, managing IT relocations, and maintaining asset data. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), professional experience in support roles, and strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office, and ticketing systems. Excellent German language skills and a Class B driving license are mandatory for this position, which offers a permanent contract and attractive compensation.
