Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading European IT service provider, focusing on end-user assistance at the customer site (BAMF). Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incidents and service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performing detailed troubleshooting for standard hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers, and installing and configuring end devices. A key component is supporting users with mobile devices and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for the client environment. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics, coupled with practical experience in troubleshooting and user support.
