Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support for one of Europe's leading IT service providers, catering to numerous Dax corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling local support tasks, managing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) activities, and processing tickets. Key daily duties include setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting on-site issues, managing hardware inventory, and preparing/wiping notebooks. Additionally, the role involves issuing and retrieving equipment, providing initial user instruction for mobile devices, and offering technical assistance for both in-person and remote meetings. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, initial experience with onsite support and ticketing systems, and a willingness to work rotating early and late shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
