Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business customers served by a leading telecommunications provider in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent installation and configuration of IT systems, performing regular maintenance tasks, and proactively identifying and documenting system disturbances using a ticketing system. The administrator is also responsible for creating and updating technical documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital customer solutions. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and practical experience in technical support for networks, printers, and IT peripherals. Excellent German language skills and a Class B driver's license are mandatory.
