Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT Technician focused on workplace setup and maintenance within one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation and installation of IT workstations, notebooks, and printers, including necessary software deployment. A critical part of the job involves documenting refueling processes (Betankungsprozesse) within a ticketing system, analyzing, and resolving disturbances in these processes, and managing the hardware inventory. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between internal departments like Technology, Logistics, and Dispatching. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician), technical understanding, experience with refueling systems, and strong German language skills, coupled with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
