Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support directly at customer sites across Munich and the Southern Bavarian region. The core responsibilities include performing maintenance on various end-devices such as PCs, laptops, and printers, and executing comprehensive hardware troubleshooting, including resolving network and Windows workstation issues. A key part of the job is setting up complete workstations, managing hardware installation and removal, and documenting all support cases within ticketing systems. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT systems integration or equivalent, coupled with practical experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. Strong proficiency in Active Directory and permissions management, excellent German language skills, and a driver's license are mandatory.
