Onsite IT Support Specialist | Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite technical support to clients of a leading German IT service provider. The specialist will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and explaining IT workstations, including hardware and software environments. Core daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues across PCs, laptops, printing systems, and other IT peripherals, as well as executing network tasks like patching and troubleshooting. A key component of the job is maintaining and organizing equipment, assisting with device replacements, rollouts, and site relocations. Candidates must possess a strong background in Windows client and standard hardware troubleshooting, excellent MS Office skills, and experience with ticketing systems. The position requires very good German language skills and a high degree of service orientation and communication strength.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in supporter roles
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows Clients and standard hardware
