The successful candidate will lead innovative development projects tailored for clients in the Health Care, Industry, and Mechanical Engineering sectors. This role involves acting as a key technical consultant for customers and sales organizations, providing expertise on material selection, component analysis, and injection molding processes. A significant part of the job includes conducting trials and sampling using state-of-the-art injection molding facilities, both in-house and at customer sites. You will be responsible for developing technical fundamentals, conducting feasibility analyses, and calculating costs. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams across R&D, Production, Marketing, and Sales, you will drive company development.
