Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading mechanical engineering company based in the Winterthur area as a Technical Project Administrator for Customer Projects. In this multifaceted role, you will be the key contact for national and international clients, providing expert advice on innovative products. Your core responsibility involves managing customer projects end-to-end, from assessing feasibility and creating quotes to coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery. You will also play an active supporting role in product management, including contributing to the introduction of new products and pricing strategies, and analyzing market trends for successful implementation. Success in this position requires a strong technical background combined with commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in German and English, and ideally French, when advising and training customers. Required Skills

Education

Technical background (e.g., Polymechanic) combined with commercial continuing education (e.g., Technical Sales Specialist/Technician HF) OR a completed commercial basic education in an industrial environment.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar role within internal sales and order processing in an industrial environment
  • Experience advising international customers
