Job Summary

This pivotal role involves leading and managing a six-person Abacus Service Desk team for a leading consulting and IT firm based in Zurich. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring professional and efficient support delivery, developing support processes and tools, and handling complex support requests and escalation management. Day-to-day activities include coordinating complex inquiries, managing escalations, and analyzing reports for quality assurance and process improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and the software vendor. Candidates should possess a completed education in commercial or IT fields, coupled with multi-year experience in Abacus application support. While prior leadership experience is advantageous, motivation to step into a management role is also valued. The successful candidate must demonstrate empathy, open communication, high customer orientation, and a strong service mindset.
