Key qualifications require a background as a state-certified Technician in Civil Engineering or a Master Craftsman in a relevant building trade. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician in Civil Engineering OR Certified Master Craftsman in the main construction trade OR Master Gardener in Garden and Landscape Construction OR Completed vocational training as a Road Builder
Experience
- Professional experience in road maintenance (required for applicants without formal certification)
- Multi-year, extensive experience in contract awarding and construction site processing
- Multi-year, in-depth knowledge in creating quantity surveys and complex invoicing
- Multi-year experience in road construction (advantageous)

- Class B driver's license required; Willingness to use a private vehicle for official purposes (against compensation); Proof of driver's license must be submitted with the application; Must be able to convincingly present facts and statements verbally and in writing
