Job Summary

This critical role supports the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services. As a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the acceptance, qualification, and efficient disposition of incoming fault reports, orders, and inquiries for the On-Site Service team. Key daily tasks involve tool-supported steering of service technicians to fulfill orders, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing escalation processes. You will handle preparatory and follow-up tasks, including checking infrastructural prerequisites and supporting logistical activities like material supply. The position requires seamless communication between customers, external companies, and internal service technicians. The ideal candidate must possess a vocational qualification in IT or electronics, at least three years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of network technology (LAN/WAN/Server) and specialized IT service tools like ticketing systems and CMDBs. Fluency in German is mandatory.
