Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical and contractual aspects of a vast and demanding real estate portfolio for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, aiming for climate neutrality by 2030. The Facility Manager will be responsible for controlling the volume of technical framework contracts, steering service providers in contractual matters, and organizing regular exchange formats. Key duties include preparing tender documents for technical building and facility management services, evaluating bids, and coordinating implementation discussions with service providers. The role also involves critical data maintenance within SAP/CAFM systems (e.g., technical equipment, inspection/maintenance schedules), structured change order management, and handling accounting inquiries, invoice verification, and debt collection for utility and service-related costs. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Technical Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building or contract management
  • Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
