Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for global Group Accounting, ensuring compliance with HGB and IFRS standards across all group companies, and managing the preparation of annual and monthly consolidated financial statements. The Head will oversee the preparation of individual financial statements for German entities and provide crucial support and guidance to international subsidiaries on reporting and accounting matters. Key responsibilities also include managing national and international tax issues, coordinating external auditors and tax advisors, and ensuring adherence to transfer pricing guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess 7-10 years of international experience in group accounting within a mid-sized industrial company, strong expertise in HGB and IFRS, and excellent knowledge of SAP FI and SAP BCS 4/HANA.
