This leadership role involves heading the Construction and Facility Management department for a leading global manufacturer of chemical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of new construction, conversions, and maintenance projects across production facilities and site infrastructure. Key duties include budget calculation, tendering, and awarding construction contracts, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring strict compliance with building regulations and technical documentation standards. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification, coupled with significant professional experience in building refurbishment and renovation, ideally within the chemical industry or similar production environments. This position requires strong project management skills, high self-reliance, and a structured, goal-oriented approach, contributing significantly to the operational success of the global enterprise.
