Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the analytical laboratories at the Pullach site, encompassing both technical and organizational oversight, and potentially disciplinary leadership. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the labs, optimizing laboratory workflows and methods, and maintaining quality control for incoming and outgoing goods. The Head of Analytics will serve as the global analytical competence expert, support European departments in defining raw material and product specifications, and drive efficiency improvements through Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Chemistry, possesses experience in both inorganic and organic chemistry, and demonstrates strong social and leadership competencies, coupled with proficiency in quality management systems like ISO 9001.
