Job Summary
This role involves working within the exciting field of Federal Construction projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, contributing to the planning and execution of unique public buildings such as military bases, educational facilities, and specialized police structures. The successful candidate will join interdisciplinary project teams, supporting or leading projects ranging from construction maintenance to large-scale new builds. Key responsibilities include managing the selection, contracting, and steering of external consultants, handling planning services according to HOAI, and overseeing the procurement, control, and billing of all construction services. To succeed, you must hold a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, possess multi-year professional experience in TGA, and have strong knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN). Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Building Services Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Smart Building Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Building Services Engineering/Technical Building Equipment (TGA)
- Professional experience applying relevant legal and construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN)
