Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of next-generation NR+ microchips by designing and developing cutting-edge analog integrated circuits (ICs) based on FD-SOI technology. The Staff/Principal Engineer will be responsible for the full ASIC product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production, including conducting simulations, verifications, and supporting layout activities for analog circuits. Key responsibilities include creating technical specifications, leading design reviews, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers. Success requires extensive professional experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, deep knowledge of simulation and verification techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams covering digital design, system design, and layout.
