Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of next-generation NR+ microchips by joining the RF and Analog/Mixed-Signal team to develop state-of-the-art systems based on FD-SOI technology. The Staff/Principal RF IC Design Engineer will be responsible for developing RF integrated circuits for wireless communication systems using Deep-Submicron-CMOS technology. Core duties include conducting top-level simulations for design validation, defining block-level specifications for analog and digital components, and performing comprehensive pre-tapeout verifications covering power, timing, and reliability. Collaboration with layout and system teams is crucial for design refinement, integration, and debugging. Candidates must possess significant industry experience in RF or Analog IC design, familiarity with modern CMOS processes (ideally 22FDX), and practical experience across the full RFIC product development cycle, from concept to mass production.
