Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT infrastructure support for a leading global IT service provider, focusing primarily on client device management and user assistance. Day-to-day tasks include imaging existing and new devices with Windows 10 and 11 using USB deployment methods, handling the acceptance and issuance of client hardware, and maintaining inventory data using Inventox. A key responsibility is modifying user data within Intune and providing frontline support to users regarding Windows 11 functionality. This fixed-term position requires strong technical knowledge of client operating systems, standard hardware, and Microsoft Office setup, along with fluent German communication skills and a high degree of resilience to manage stress effectively.
