Job Summary

This role involves performing essential quality control functions for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in Consumer Healthcare products in Cologne. The Chemical Technician will independently execute in-process, goods receipt, and packaging material testing, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include raw material sample collection, drafting and revising control procedures, and managing quality-relevant documentation. Furthermore, the technician will organize and monitor the procurement of laboratory equipment and materials, and support the implementation and development of new IT systems and procedures. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, coupled with experience in GMP environments and familiarity with LIMS. This position offers excellent pay based on the Chemical Industry collective agreement (Equal Pay) and requires willingness to work shifts.
