Job Summary

This role is a critical opportunity for an experienced engineer to autonomously lead technical projects and drive plant optimization within a leading global pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. Day-to-day responsibilities include the specialized technical leadership of a team, comprehensive budget planning and control, and ensuring operational safety through regular inspections and detailed risk assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying improvement potential in plant technology and resolving complex system malfunctions. Key qualifications include a university degree (Diplom-Ingenieur or Master) in Supply Engineering or Production Technology, coupled with extensive knowledge of current technical regulations and practical experience managing operating facilities.
