This role involves providing essential Onsite Support for a major client in Karlsruhe, Germany, working for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing hardware and software Onsite Support, serving as the crucial interface between the client's internal IT department and the end-users. The specialist will be responsible for fault analysis and resolution across hardware and software domains, ensuring operational continuity and high service quality directly at the customer's location. Key qualifications include a completed professional IT qualification (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), proven experience in First and Second Level Onsite Support, and strong technical knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. The position requires excellent customer focus, strong communication skills, and the willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
