Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and maintaining the functional operation of specialized HR software, focusing heavily on time management and personnel deployment planning within the municipal administration of Potsdam. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing IT-supported HR and organizational processes, particularly the electronic time recording system (LogaHR). Key tasks include providing first-level support, troubleshooting technical issues, configuring system interfaces (roles, rights, masks), and ensuring compliance with organizational processes. The ideal candidate requires a background in IT or public administration, strong media literacy, and deep expertise in time management regulations and personnel deployment planning to support the digital transformation of HR services.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or FH degree in Administrative/Business Informatics, Public Administration, Certified Administrative Specialist, or equivalent
Experience
- Professional experience in the public sector
- High level of media literacy, especially with standard software
- Knowledge of personnel/HR software (LogaHR desirable)
- High level of expertise in time management (e.g., vacation entitlement) and personnel deployment planning
Languages
Additional
- Knowledge of German IT and E-Government laws (BSIG, OZG, EGovG, BbgEGovG) required.
