Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position involves critical IT operations management for the highly modern Regional Control Center Network of the Schleswig-Holstein State Police (ZITPOL 65). The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the technical and IT security of cooperative control centers used by fire, rescue, disaster protection, and police services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining technical concepts and standards, coordinating complex tactical and operational processes with various public safety authorities, and maintaining central and decentralized system technology and software. You will also serve as a key support contact for decentralized system administrators. Ideal candidates possess a background in Computer Science or relevant vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) paired with significant professional experience in system administration, network, and server technology.
