Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based in Eutin, Schleswig-Holstein, overseeing the Information Management department (Department IV) within the Police Directorate for Training and Education and the Riot Police (PD AFB). The Head of Department is responsible for personnel management, driving market research and needs analysis for future police-relevant technologies, and planning and implementing training and further education programs. Key duties include teaching specialized subjects, leading seminars, developing new curriculum and learning methods, and ensuring quality assurance across all educational offerings. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Business Informatics with a focus on IT Management or a comparable field, along with proven leadership skills and pedagogical aptitude.
