This role is for an Enterprise Architecture Manager to drive digital transformation within the State Police Office of Schleswig-Holstein, specifically focusing on the process domain. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool, modeling the architecture using ArchiMate and the TOGAF framework, and establishing the 'Process Management' department with a specialization in IT and IT-related business processes. Daily tasks include developing technical strategies, evaluating requirements for technical feasibility, and coordinating with IT management and innovation teams. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related MINT field, along with desired experience in ArchiMate, BPMN, and agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban. This position offers a meaningful, high-responsibility role in public service, supporting security and quality of life in Schleswig-Holstein, with flexible working options, though it is initially a fixed-term contract until 2030.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MINT subjects (Mathematics, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, Technology), or a comparable field with suitable specialization.

Experience

  • Experience in modeling with ArchiMate and BPMN (Desired)
  • In-depth knowledge of the TOGAF architecture framework (Desired)
  • In-depth professional knowledge of process modeling (Desired)
