Job Summary

This role involves active participation in the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of customer IT environments within a large-scale, long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. The IT Rollout Technician will be responsible for the imaging and deployment of new and existing devices using Windows 10/11 via USB, ensuring adherence to established standards. Key daily tasks include handling client acceptance, issuance, and initial checks, providing direct user contact, and offering onsite support for Windows 11 and client hardware issues. Additionally, the role requires meticulous maintenance of inventory data in Inventox, making necessary adjustments in Intune, and contributing to daily IT operations, including documentation and ticket processing. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, fundamental hardware expertise, and fluent German language skills for effective customer interaction.
