Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Technician based in Frankfurt (Oder), working on a long-term infrastructure project for a major IT service provider focused on digital transformation. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of end-user hardware, including the installation, setup, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, monitors, and peripherals. A key component of the role involves providing competent, solution-oriented support to users, handling IT disruptions, and executing Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests. Candidates should possess either a completed IT education or significant practical experience in technical support, coupled with strong knowledge of hardware, Windows environments, and network fundamentals. You will also assist with patching and maintain asset data.
