Job Summary

This role involves supporting a long-term infrastructure project as a Senior Data Center Technician in Koblenz, focusing on ensuring smooth technical operations within a data center environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing complex cabling tasks, specifically patching copper and fiber optic cables (Single Mode & Multi Mode), and performing installation and removal of critical hardware components from vendors like NetApp, Dell, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Brocade. The technician will also be responsible for connecting components to power distribution units and ensuring meticulous documentation using customer tools like ATNC, alongside handling ticket processing via Microfocus Service Manager. Candidates should have completed technical training and possess at least four years of experience in IT or network environments, coupled with fundamental knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and network configuration.
