Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Support Specialist for one of Germany's three largest IT system houses, offering excellent development opportunities within a future-oriented company across 30 locations in Europe and the USA. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on providing crucial First-Level Technical Support. This includes handling customer inquiries via phone and email, analyzing the root cause of technical disruptions, resolving issues within the scope of first-level support, and escalating unresolved problems by creating tickets for the Second-Level Support team. The ideal candidate possesses technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a strong service orientation. This is a fixed-term contract position offering competitive, above-tariff compensation and high potential for permanent takeover by the client.
