Job Summary

This role involves conceptualizing, implementing, and enhancing the reporting system within the coinage division, including defining technical requirements and maintaining a reporting database. The officer will be responsible for generating and analyzing regular and ad-hoc reports, utilizing various IT programs, and ensuring data quality. Key tasks also include supporting technical implementation, test management, and further development of the reporting database. The position requires assisting project leads, monitoring key performance indicators and risks, managing contractual aspects of orders, and processing relevant data, contributing to efficient financial oversight in a federal agency.

Required Skills

Education

Accredited university degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Law, Administration, or Economics; OR a degree as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt); OR successful completion of preparatory service/promotion procedure for the higher non-technical administrative service; OR an accredited Bachelor's degree in another field.

Experience

  • • At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling or report creation and Excel spreadsheet management

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to travel for business trips. Knowledge of national coinage law (MünzG) and European regulations/directives on Euro coins is advantageous. Ability to be appointed as a civil servant up to A 11 BBesO is advantageous. Foreign degrees require proof of equivalence.
