Job Summary
The SIM GmbH, a subsidiary of Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen specializing in construction and real estate consulting, is seeking a Technical Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation and optimal maintenance of their managed properties. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for technical disturbances, providing first-level support and coordinating external contractors for maintenance and repair work. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety installations (e.g., sprinkler and fire alarm systems), conducting site inspections, and managing the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of repair and maintenance measures. You will also be responsible for reporting and preparing technical quarterly and annual reports. The ideal candidate possesses a technical master craftsman/technician qualification or a degree in engineering/facility management, coupled with solid professional experience in technical property management of commercial and residential real estate. This position offers the security of the Sparkasse organization combined with the dynamic environment of a startup, featuring flat hierarchies and project responsibility.

Education
Completed Technician/Master Craftsman qualification in supply or electrical engineering, or completed degree (Civil/Industrial Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management)
Experience
- Professional experience in technical property management/administration of commercial and residential real estate
- Fundamental interdisciplinary understanding of building services engineering
