Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT rollouts and onsite deployments, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers. The technician will be responsible for setting up and testing network connections, managing IP addresses, and installing/configuring new devices. A key part of the job is incident resolution, which includes function tests, error analysis, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, often adhering to strict SLA guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office, and has basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
