Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist focusing on Client Management, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workplace technology. Your day-to-day activities involve processing tickets in a 1st and 2nd level support capacity within an ITSM framework. You will handle the installation and imaging of end-user devices using tools like SCCM, configure Windows 10/11 clients, and manage user accounts and machine entries within Active Directory. Additionally, the role includes physical tasks such as cabling, setting up workstation equipment, and managing the distribution and return of hardware. This position is ideal for those who enjoy direct customer contact and hands-on technical troubleshooting. Required Skills
