Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Technician for the BFI Group in Hamburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for software and hardware issues, providing qualified support via telephone and email. Your daily responsibilities include the classification, prioritization, and documentation of incidents within a ticketing system, alongside performing remote troubleshooting and initial resolution. You will be responsible for Active Directory administration, as well as installing and configuring hardware and software components.
