Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and managing complex projects within the field of electrical engineering, focusing heavily on system integration and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading internal and external project meetings (including with clients like BAAINBw) and monitoring development progress through regular reporting and review meetings. The coordinator will be responsible for processing change requests, commissioning various hardware components, and developing technical concepts for integrating radio and IT equipment. A successful candidate must possess a degree or technician qualification in Electrical or Information Technology, coupled with solid experience in Systems Engineering, ideally incorporating the V-Model. Proficiency in German and good English skills are required, along with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a willingness to travel occasionally. Required Skills
Education
Degree or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or comparable field; Recognized Systems Engineering certificate (e.g., Level C) is ideal.
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience
- Foundational experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience in Requirements Management and proficient use of DOORS
- First experience in technical project management (desirable)
