This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the operation and project outcomes within the 'Digital Solutions & Digital Infrastructure' division for the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth, and Family. The successful candidate will act as the IT process and infrastructure owner for specialized IT procedures within the Berlin school system, including the crucial establishment and operation of the 'Berlin School Portal' IT platform. Key requirements include a scientific university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Commercial Law or Administrative Informatics, coupled with significant leadership experience (at least two years) in cross-sectional tasks at a ministerial level. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who can manage a heterogeneous staff and has proven expertise in implementing and operating complex IT systems within a public administration context, contributing directly to the modernization of Berlin's educational infrastructure.

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Commercial Law or Administrative Informatics (Wirtschaftsrecht or Verwaltungsinformatik)
