Job Summary

The Waste Management Services of Münster (AWM) is seeking a dedicated Digitalization Manager to drive the continued conceptualization and implementation of their digitalization strategy, aligning it closely with the overall corporate strategy. In this full-time, fixed-term role (until 31.12.2026), you will be responsible for identifying relevant digitalization trends, evaluating data, technologies, and platforms for suitability, and networking with external experts to support key initiatives. A core focus of the role involves optimizing internal processes across departments in close collaboration with stakeholders, actively contributing to organizational cultural change. You will also identify and develop new digital business fields and service offerings, while preparing and conducting workshops. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong IT background and proven experience in digitalization, eager to contribute to environmental protection and Münster's goal of becoming a capital for waste prevention.
